Current environmental pollutants in china, NOx is one of the major pollutants. NOxemissions come from coal-thermal power generating units.With our increasingly stringentenvironmental requirements, NOx emissions well be more limited, Denitration device willforce the installation of thermal power generating units. For reducing coal-fired power stationboiler NOx emissions,mainly taken low NOx burners,Selective catalytic Reduction flue gasdenitrification technology, Selective non-catalytic Reduction flue gas denitrificationtechnology.In china three methods have their advantages and disadvantages, transformationof the existing power station boiler and design in the construction of the power plant boilerneed comprehensive consideration.to choose their own the denitration way.The SCRtransformation and operation and maintenance of the highest cost, denitration efficiencymaximum; The SNCR moderate renovation costs, higher operating costs, the averageefficiency of denitration.Low NOx burners renovation and operation and maintenance costslowest, but denitrification efficiency slightly lower.In china SCR and SNCR flue gasdenitrification technology,There are a lot of potential to be excavated in actual denitrificationsystem running.In ord to meet the more stringent environmental Guangzhou requirements,Guangzhou Hengyun#7unit power210MW boiler,In early2010overhauls at the same timefired boiler,be’s first an the same time having low NOx burner,the SCR and SNCR threedenitration system typical boiler,make power plant due responsibility in the protection of theenvironment,denitrification in the industry is also a practical guide. This article lists threedenitration way principle,process equipment and guaranteed performance value,and whileusing low NOx burner,the SCR and SNCR denitrification system running study. Do a seriesof experiments of low NOx burner and boiler efficiency, the SNCR and SCR denitrationrunning conditions,DCS records,summarize the experimental data,the main factors affectingdenitrification efficiency is obtained.In the last,specific analysis problems encountered in theproduction of the actual transformation,such as fly ash combustible high;affect main reheatsteam temperature, exhaust gas temperature and boiler efficiency; low NOx burners andSNCR DeNOx efficiency in general; Only design layer catalyst affect the denitrificationefficiency;In the air preheater the escape of unreacted ammonia and urea decomposition withSO2and dust crystallization, to seek ways to solve the above problems.Summarize three denitration way running characteristics.Reduced denitration run the boiler.Reduce the cost ofoperation and entire power plant denitration.It can achieve the emission standards of thenational requirements.Provide theoretical and technical support for the power plant energysaving.
