In the current world,global warming and serious environmental deterioration have led many countries to come up with a series of environmental protection policies to address the natural challenges humans give to the Earth.China promulgated the"five-twelfth"period of new environmental standards"thermal power plant air pollutant emission standards"expressly provides that:key areas of the total discharge of solid particulate matter concentrations in the flue gas outlet must be less than 20mg/Nm~3.Shenhua Guohua Sanhe Power Plant,located in the vicinity of Beijing,the original design of Unit 4 ESP dust outlet concentration of 17~19.5mg/Nm~3.Its unique geographical advantages and increasingly stringent national environmental protection requirements of the development trend,making Guohua company to make"green power generation plan"of the overall deployment and requirements of the plant will be on the4th unit ESP system upgrade,soot Emissions will implement emission limits at concentrations?1 mg/Nm~3.In this paper,a large number of power generation enterprises are used to effectively deal with the successful cases of smoke and other pollutants by using wet electrostatic precipitators in actual production,then summarizes the methods often used to carry out a comprehensive evaluation.Taking the Reconstruction Project of ESP in Unit 4 of Sanhe Power Plant as the research object,the paper analyzes the necessity of the project by using the method of system analysis,and then evaluates the overall effect after the implementation.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to build the project of electric dust removal system reconstruction The evaluation index system,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to draw the corresponding evaluation model results.After the actual electric d ust remover system transformation of Unit 4,Sanhe Company reduced its soot emissions and achieved the soot and dust control objectives.It can fulfill the social commitment of green production made by the Company and reduce a certain amount of economic input to enhance the overall profitability of the Company.The result shows that Sanhe Company reduced its soot emissions after the actual electric dust remover system was reformed in Unit 4,achieved the goal of soot control,reduced the cost and improved the overall benefit of the Company.Through this study,we can lay a foundation for other scholars to do research on the evaluation of retrofit projects of power plant dust removal system,explore the application effect of comprehensive evaluation method in actual production of power plants in a deeper level,and achieve the scientific evaluation of the benefits of reconstruction projects and the correct guide to enterprise decision?...
