Abstract/Summary:
For equipment lubrication is an important work.The scientific application of lubrication technology and equipment to guarantee the healthy operation of,is the national economy to a foundation for rapid development.In the mines,pellet sintering,blast furnace,coking,steel making,steel rolling,the cement industry,scattered material conveying,electricity,oil,wind power and other mechanical equipment,intelligent lubricating equipment is gradually becoming the industry mainstream lubrication equipment.Existing intelligent lubrication device to a single point of centralized lubrication,cannot satisfy requirement of large mining equipment of multi-point fuel injection,especially in underground coal mine equipment due to these intelligent lubricating device are unable to meet requirement of underground explosion proof Therefore,in the coal mine mechanical equipment application is relatively small,this paper for the above problems,the design and development of a kind of multi-point intelligent lubrication device.The in the coal mine equipment lubrication problem of lubrication system were design and on the dynamic characteristics were studied.Through the lubrication system condition analysis to understand the characteristics and needs of the working condition of equipment lubricating presents the design scheme of the intelligent lubricating system,design and calculation on the specific parameters;put forward pumping scheme design of a new type of intelligent lubricating pump,and calculating the parameters of the intelligent lubricating system;based on the operation characteristic of the intelligent lubricating system are established on the basis of the intelligent lubricating system lubricating device of dynamic model and mathematic model and reservoir of kinetic model and a mathematical model derived oil of oil storage system parameters matching System;the hydraulic line were dynamic modeling and flow characteristics analysis;through the model obtained from simulation of pump sending system of the oil storage cylinder,oil cylinder,driving device and a distributor in virtual simulation.The simulation can get the changes of the parameters,and dynamic modeling.On the basis of theoretical calculation and experimental research,a pumping system experimental prototype model,volume change on the system of oil reservoir oiler,pressure characteristics were experiments.The results show that the grease output pressure and volume change value and theory and the simulation results agree,completely meet the requirements of working conditions,and the test results of pump sending system theory design The plan was further improved.Lubrication system in this paper,the design of the lubricating grease multipoint and long distance supply,and can intelligently remote monitoring of temperature lubrication points.The lubrication system for lubrication and dispersion of downhole equipment,to solve some of the disadvantages of the traditional centralized lubrication system.
