| With the development and perfection of process lubrication theory,process lubrication system has been widely used in hot strip rolling production line.Some domestic enterprises have accumulated some experience in use and practice,and carried out corresponding development and transformation to improve production efficiency.Through the research on the current situation of process lubrication system in China,it is found that the research on process lubrication system in most enterprises mainly focuses on the design and analysis of rolling force and biting angle of rolling equipment,and lacks the research on key components,design and reliability of electrical control system,which leads to the unstable oil-water mixing,inaccurate timing of oil injection and the availability of control system.Low reliability and other risks can not effectively improve production efficiency.In view of the above problems,the main research contents of this topic are as follows:1.The design of baffle static mixer is completed,the three-dimensional simulation is carried out by Rhino and SolidWorks software.The fluid analysis of the central pipe unit is carried out by ANSYS Workbench software to improve the stability of oil-water mixture.2.Complete the calculation of pump group parameters,make steady-state analysis of injection timing and wide-angle pressure regulating jet valve to meet the system’s requirements for pump group selection.3.Complete the design of water supply subsystem,oil supply subsystem and injection subsystem,use Mitsubishi GXWorks2 software to establish PLC ladder diagram to realize the automatic operation of the circuit;Based on fault tree analysis method and through FreeFTA tree building software to analyze the reliability of the designed electrical control system.4.Aiming at the feasibility of the electric control system design scheme and the reliability of the equipment operation,the Mitsubishi FX3 SA programmablecontroller is used to control the experiment and verify,and troubleshooting is carried out during the experiment.The final experimental results show that the reliability of the electrical control system can meet the application requirements. |
