As a centralized lubrication method,oil mist lubrication system has been widely used in all walks of life.However,while it is widely used,the air pollution problem it shows also needs to be solved urgently.The lubrication method of the oil mist lubrication system is usually to atomize the lubricating oil and pass it into the bearing cavity,and the oil mist condenses into oil droplets at the part to be lubricated and covers the surface to complete the lubrication.According to the design requirements,the system should have10%~20% redundancy,so the whole system is slightly positive pressure,and the remaining small amount of oil mist will be discharged to the environment through the gooseneck elbow above the collection box together with the hot gas generated by the pump body.At the same time,due to the fact that most of the pump bearing boxes are sealed with a matching gap,there will be a certain amount of oil mist that will escape from here and pollute the workshop environment.In practical applications,due to the atomization process and many other reasons,in order to ensure the supply of oil mist to the remote pump,the amount of oil mist generated in the system has far exceeded the initial design redundancy range several times.Therefore,a large amount of oil mist will continue to overflow from the gooseneck elbow above the collection box and the matching gap of the bearing box oil seal,especially for the pump with large bearing cover gap,the overflow is more obvious.Therefore,in order to achieve environmental protection and pollution-free operation,Before discharge,it is necessary to carry out exhaust gas treatment to ensure that oil mist will not be released into the atmosphere to pollute the environment.This topic integrates the problems in practice,and provides a targeted solution for the treatment of residual mist pollution in the oil mist lubrication process,which effectively solves the environmental protection problems existing in the enterprise and meets the requirements of the latest environmental protection standards.Based on the analysis of the force condition of oil mist particles,this paper constructs the collision coalescence model of oil mist particles,and analyzes the factors affecting the collision coalescence of oil mist particles based on this simulation.Secondly,the internal flow field of the centrifugal separation device is numerically simulated,and the three-dimensional model of the separation device watershed is established by using Solid Works software.On this basis,the mesh model of the fluid domain is established by meshing.Taking CFD as the theoretical basis and fluent software as the means,the separation efficiency of centrifugal separation device under different working conditions is analyzed through simulation calculation.At the same time,through the research on the mechanism of oil mist recovery,the main engine of oil mist recovery and separation is designed,and the calculation methods of relevant important parameters of centrifugal impeller and the influence of convection field characteristics are summarized.At the same time,the magnetic fluid sealing structure is designed through research.Aiming at the problem of difficult supplement of traditional magnetic fluid,an automatic filling device of magnetic fluid sealing system is designed.Finally,the experimental platform is built to verify the oil mist recovery and separation host and the magnetic fluid seal,and test the separation effect under different working conditions.At the same time,the pressure and temperature resistance experiments of the magnetic fluid seal are carried out.The experiments show that the oil mist recovery and separation host has obvious oil mist recovery efficiency,and the magnetic fluid seal has good oil mist sealing effect.At the same time,after the oil mist recovery and separation host is put into use in a refinery of Petro China,the unit works stably,realizing the important role of secondary utilization of lubricating oil,reducing cost and protecting the environment.Finally,it is concluded that the combination of oil mist recovery and separation host and magnetic fluid seal can well solve the problems of oil mist emission from gooseneck elbow of collection box and oil mist escape from shaft end,and effectively solve the environmental protection problems existing in enterprises.
