Study On The Development Path And Countermeasure Of New Shougang Main Factory

Shougang group,as the largest state-owned enterprise in Beijing and one of the top ten steel enterprises in China,has a pivotal strategic position in the economic and social development of Beijing and Shijingshan.At the end of 2010,the steel industry in Shijingshan district of Shougang was completely discontinued,the relocation work was basically finished,Shougang main plant entered the new stage of development and construction and industrial transformation.Because of the special economic status of Shougang,the development of new industry in its strategic transformation is not only related to the long-term development of the enterprise itself,but also has a far-reaching impact on the coordinated development of Beijing's regional economy,especially Shijingshan District economic and social sustainable development.In the process of selection and development of new industries in Shougang main plant,it is necessary to face a series of key and difficult problems,including the development orientation,industry choice,space layout,scientific and technological personnel,infrastructure,operation mechanism,government guidance and so on.This article through the domestic and foreign related theories research,draws lessons from domestic and foreign successful experience,based on the field investigation analysis Shougang New Area development present situation,uses the SWOT analysis tool to face the opportunity and the challenge to carry on the thorough analysis.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the development of the new industry,through analyzing the successful benchmarking enterprises in China and seeking effective reference,the paper puts forward the development path and countermeasures of the new industry development in Shougang main plant,and finally puts forward the safeguard countermeasures in five aspects,such as policy,organization,talent,fund and Environment.There are some deficiencies in this study,such as lack of sufficient quantitative research;Ignoring the evaluation and analysis of the influencing factors in the development of the new industry,it leads to the lack of sufficient pertinence for the new industry development strategy and path.The future research should focus on the industrial development stage,construct the model of influencing factor assessment,and seek the countermeasure basis from the empirical angle.In addition,we should fully consider the impact of industry characteristics and diversity,and increase the breadth and depth of research.
