Research On Green Manufacturing Mode Of Enterprises Based On Ecological Civilization

Under the background of global natural resource shortage,environmental problems being increasingly serious and ecological problems frequently occurring,our national development of economy and society now stays in a critical period for accelerating transformation of economic development pattern.Green Manufacturing as the only route for the construction of resource saving and environmentally friendly society,its effective implementation in enterprises shall be the important guarantee to realize the adjustment of industrial structure,optimization of the economic development and promotion of energy-saving emission reduction targets.As an interdiscipline concerning multiple subjects and fields,its theoretical system gets development,expansion and improvement with the implementation of pollution prevention,and becomes an essential part for "the Green Revolution” after being extended in our country’s manufacturing industries.Based on the perspective of ecological civilization,this thesis mainly takes Kweichow Moutai Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as Kweichow Moutai)as a case to analyze the mode of green manufacturing.The effective implementation of the green manufacturing in enterprises is discussed in this thesis.The concept of green manufacturing is defined by the present study of theory of green manufacturing at home and abroad and the promotion of green manufacturing in the world.Green manufacturing is a comprehensive consideration of environmental impact and resource consumption to promote the collaborative optimization of the enterprise economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits,is also a new manufacturing method that focuses on the green in the whole process of product life cycle.Green manufacturing is a comprehensive engineering that includes multi-factor and multiple subsystem system.It is more extensive and deeper than the application of cleaner production,and cleaner production is one of the main methods in green manufacturing.This thesis discusses the application mode of green manufacturing of Kweichow Moutai from the perspective of ecological civilization.Since 2000,conscious plan had been carried out to promote the transformation to green manufacturing.In more than 10 years,Kweichow Moutai always adhered to take environment as a red line in the development of the company,and issued "the overall plan for environmental protection" and a series of environmental management system;established an ecological management organization;effectively operated the ISO 14000 environmental management system;constructed organic raw materials,selection,management of green suppliers;fully implemented replacement project to turn coal-fired boiler into clean energy sources;constructed a number of circular economy industrial parks,sewage treatment station and other environmental protection facilities,regressed and governed the distiller’s grains,straw,pit mud and washing water from packing bottles and other solid waste or water.But because of the social and economic development of the surrounding areas,wine enterprises on both sides of Chishui River are numerous.Compared with the international advanced mode of green manufacturing enterprises of wine,the enterprises are still facing pressure from water environment and atmospheric.There is still a big gap for green design,development of industrial tourism and the recycling of resources.According to these defects and weak links of green manufacturing mode in Kweichow Moutai,this thesis puts forward four methods to improve the situation,such as,in order to making the manufacturing process green,the enterprises should adopt clean energy,enhance energy efficiency,improve energy management system,research and develop and introduce green technology and equipment,and carry out the recycling of resources,especially the water resource recycling.In the aspect of green design,green product design should start from development period of the product life cycle,construct green supply chain,material procurement,product manufacturing,sales,transportation,and use and recycling from environmental friendly angle,so that each link is friendly to environment.In terms of optimizing the plant ecological space,want to combine terrain factors such as slope,water distribution and existing condition of the factory construction,green space distribution and guizhou tourism development planning and strategic planning and construction,ecological function zoning of the plant.In the building of industrial tourism demonstration area,the enterprises should fully excavate and protect the rich tourism resources,develop tourism in eco-friendly way to explore business tourism,culture popularization education tourism,food tourism and other eco-tourisms.In terms of regional ecological environment protection,Kweichow Moutai will continue to invest in the general defense of Chishui River Basin,actively call for the government to further play a role in industrial structure adjustment and pollution control;The enterprise will introduce advanced green technologies to prevent pollutants in the gas fired boilers,optimize the public transport in the plant,control the exhaust pollution of motor vehicles,and protect the air quality.Green manufacturing is a very complicated process.It requires greater input,and also is affected by the level of science and technology and the historical conditions.Enterprises have many obstacles in the implementation of green manufacturing.It is extremely essential for enterprises to identify and overcome the concept barriers,scale barriers,financial barriers,and institutional barriers and so on.To discover opportunities inside and outside of enterprises is the key to achieve green manufacturing mode.The main achievement,experience,problems and ways to improve the implementation of green manufacturing of Kweichow Moutai are the valuable references of green manufacturing enterprises for Chinese light industry.The current domestic and foreign researches stress on green manufacturing between heavy industry and chemical industry.Hence,this study can expand green manufacturing case to support light industry enterprises at the micro level.
