| The rescue ambulance that special used in mine is the most significant safeguard of medical safety.So in this article,I run the simulation test based on the theory of dynamics that used the model of mining rescue amlulance with ADAMS/Car which is a software appropriated for simulation,combined with actual working condition and then research the control stability of this ambulance model at length.First of all,with the analysis of mining rescue ambulance development status of national and international and the method of control stability researching,the test contents and standards for evaluation are identified.Secondly,I create a whole car model and every component model of three dimension,then run the simulation with this model and analyse the control stability.At last,I figure out a optimized project based on the test data.And in the project,I adjust some influencing factors appropriately,then the control stability is improved obviously.Conclusion:though the researched mining rescue ambulance can satisfy some requests for transport using,it still has some defects.The control stability is better than ever when I optimize the hight of mass center,mass of whole car and tire parameters and so on.This article provides a high reference value for improving the safety of mining rescue ambulance. |
