Badminton training machine is a necessary tool for many gymnasium training.It is mainly used in professional training hall,providing training needs for professional athletes or high-level badminton fans.At the same time,it can also be used in parks,school playground,district rest area and other places for family entertainment or fitness.In the arena,for professional athletes,badminton training machine,the equivalent of a partner;but for beginners,it can be appropriate to the badminton training machine through repeated practice,the ball exercises,fixed ball movement,the high cost of saving the cost of employment partner.Badminton training machine can be sent in all directions and badminton,ball speed and the power can be adjusted,for training,according to the training content itself,adjust service rhythm,so as to improve the efficiency of training,so the professional training for badminton training machine is a good choice.In this paper,we choose the way of serving with hammer,study the way of badminton serve and the way of badminton,and analyze the motion trajectory equation of two kinds of badminton ball and kill ball,which have no wind speed,and make a good paving for the simulation of the track of the badminton in the air.At the same time,the moment of the badminton service is analyzed in a mechanical way,and the two kinds of serve are analyzed.The offset of the motion trajectory under the influence of the wind,the wind,the left cross wind and the right crosswind,and the measures to counteract the influence of the wind speed are put forward,and the feathers are made by adjusting the height of the serve,the angle of the serve and the strength of the serve.Under the influence of the wind,the ball can still reach the position of the trainer's reservation,improve the accuracy of the service,and make the badminton training machine not only suitable for indoor stadium training,but also suitable for outdoor use.The mechanical analysis of the flight of the badminton,and to establish the mathematical model of badminton flight process,using MATLAB software,simulation of the trajectory of badminton,analysis of the impact of serving height,angle and speed of the ball to serve the badminton training machine range,determine the main technical parameters of the badminton training machine,according to the overall layout of the badminton training the structure design,the various components of the badminton training machine three-dimensional modeling and assembly using SolidWorks2010 software.The ANSYS software is used to analyze the lifting mechanism and the service mechanism of the badminton training machine.Through the static analysis,the lifting bracket mechanism of the stress nephogram,strain nephogram and deformation nephogram of badminton training machine strength and stiffness was verified;through modal analysis,the natural frequency and vibration type lifting support mechanism,and detect whether the electric resonance;through the analysis of fatigue life,the the life cycle of service agencies,service life test of badminton training machine.To sum up,the stability of the badminton training machine is investigated.By using the multi-body dynamics simulation software ADAMS,the service mechanism of badminton training machine slider in the kinematics simulation,and established the parametric model of service mechanism of badminton training machine,analyzes the center point of the slider serve mechanism(i.e.,feature points)in the process of the change in the schedule,and the feature points maximum stroke as the optimization goal,the key factors affecting the performance of the badminton serving machine service optimized design.The optimization results show that the stroke of the slider in the service organization has been greatly improved.It also shows that the service strength of the badminton training machine with a hammer serve has been greatly improved and the service performance has been improved.
