Badminton is a national sport that combines fashion,fitness and communication.With the rapid development of the sports equipment industry,automated sports equipment for daily training,fitness and entertainment,such as badminton serve machines and badminton robots,have been developed and put into market applications.Compared with regular spheres such as football and volleyball,the feathers of badminton form a skirt-like shape,which makes the flight trajectory greatly affected by air resistance,so the flight control of badminton is difficult.Most of the existing badminton serve machines use the friction double-wheel serve method.First of all,this way of serving causes great damage to the feathers of the ball,reduces the service life of the badminton and increases the training cost.Secondly,the high price limits the promotion and use of the badminton server.Therefore,this paper designed a new type of badminton serve machine with simple structure,low price and little damage to badminton in view of the above defects.The overall scheme,scale synthesis,dynamic performance analysis,optimization design,control system and other issues of the serve machine were studied in depth.The thesis mainly completed the following work:This paper introduces the research status of the badminton server at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of the existing badminton server,and expounds the development trend of the badminton server.According to the design idea of the functional analysis method,the badminton serve machine is divided into a ball storage mechanism,a ball taking mechanism,a ball sending mechanism,a serving mechanism,an angle adjusting mechanism,and a lifting bracket mechanism.The design of the above mechanism is carried out,and a new type of badminton serve machine design is proposed.The scale of the serving mechanism and the ball taking mechanism was synthesized,the structural parameters of the serving mechanism and the ball taking mechanism were obtained,and the kinematics analysis was carried out.A virtual prototype of a badminton serve machine was established in Creo and imported into ADAMS for dynamic simulation analysis to verify the correctness of the serve mechanism and the ball taking mechanism.Taking the best transmission performance of the service mechanism as the optimization goal,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize the size parameters of the offset crank slider mechanism,so that the minimum transmission angle is increased from 42.6° to 47.2°,an increase of 11%.The optimized transmission performance of the mechanism Greatlyimproved,which is conducive to the smooth operation of the service mechanism.Analyzed the force situation of badminton during stable flight,established a badminton aerodynamic model,simulated the badminton flight trajectory in Simulation software,and concluded that the badminton flight trajectory is determined by the serve angle and the serve speed,which has nothing to do with the serve height.The setting of the serving parameters of the badminton serve machine provides a theoretical basis.On the basis of analyzing the functional requirements of the control system of the badminton server,the overall scheme design of the control system is put forward.Completed the software design of the control system,mainly including the overall framework design of the software system,data acquisition module design,communication module design,motion control module design,man-machine control interface design.Designed the pitch Angle and horizontal Angle channel PID controller,and simulation verified the controller effect.Completed the hardware selection of the control system and completed the hardware circuit design of the control system with STM32F103 as the core,including the minimum system circuit design,motor drive module circuit design,power supply module circuit design,and serial communication module circuit design.Simulation experiments show that the control system can ensure the angle and force of the ball,and can accurately launch the badminton to the designated area.
