With the rapid development in economy of China,which demands a rapid incensement of mineral resources,industrial and mining enterprises have to export more resources to satisfy the market and fill the bills of the requirement of Chinese economy.There is a sharp contradiction between the insufficient export capacity of industrial and mining enterprises railways and the increasing demands of mineral resources.The common aging status of the present industrial diesel locomotives is the main reason that leads to the the insufficient export capacity of industrial and mining enterprises railways,which brings about the urgency of studying industrial diesel locomotives.As the industrial diesel locomotives are no lot production and often made to order,along with the worse working condition when compared to national trunk lines,the strength,stiffness,vibration and stability of carbody structure has to be analysed,which is to ensure the aquired performance while traveling and working.Based on the Finite Element Method,this paper applies the finite element analysis software of ANSYS to pursue the analysis on the industrial diesel locomotive,and the main work as below:1)A scientific and reasonable finite element model has been established,loadcases have been difined,referring to the relative industry standards and the designing requirements,and the carbody structure has been analysed under the loadcases,with the strength and stiffness analysed and evaluated.2)With the analysis,the inadequate spots of the former carbody structure have been modified,and the strength of the whole carbody structure,along with the performance,has been improved.3)To ensure the controllability,the modality of the locomotive carbody after servicing has been analysed,which proves the carbody holds the capacity to avoid the syntony with the diesel engine while traveling.4)To guarantee the stability of the locomotive while traveling and working,the stability of the carbody structure has been analysed,and the weak spots have been modified.The work and the analysis of this paper have improved the strength and stability of the industrial diesel locomotive,and contributed to the futher research on industrial diesel locomotives and the development in industrial and mining enterprise economy. |
