As an important petrochemical products,acrylonitrile has an important position in the field of chemical,it’s also an important raw materials to product ABA,synthetic resin like SAN,nitrile rubber,adiponitrile,acrylamide,and some other derivative.At present,on a global scale,the propylene ammonia oxidation process is the most common method to product acrylonitrile and the technology has become more mature.Therefore,acrylonitrile industry focused on the research and development of catalyst for superior performance.Based on the above,to design a safe and precise catalyst evaluation unit is particularly important.The new catalysts for AN evaluation device in the issue evaluate the AN catalyst according to the actual response of industrial production to get an accurate and actual application performance data of new catalysts for AN.Then we can ensure the smooth application of new catalyst in AN equipment.A new type of acrylonitrile catalyst evaluation unit is designed based on the characteristics of the new type of acrylonitrile production process.The device’s upper computer using FIX configuration software.The lower machine adopts "SHCAN2000 fieldbus control system",The device we made can be able to complete the evaluation of new type of acrylonitrile catalyst and automatic data processing is a fully functional,flexible and reliable operation,high automatic control level of evaluation device.The use of the device will promote the research to new type of acrylonitrile catalyst and also play an important role in industrial promotion.
