Study On Management Of Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve In Zhengzhou

At the 19 th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee proposed the construction of a strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist country.Ecological environmental protection has risen to the country’s strategic level for future development.Zhengzhou is located in the Central Plains and is the demarcation area in the lower reaches of the middle reaches of the Yellow River.It is also one of the migratory routes of the three major migratory birds and has outstanding ecological value.However,in recent years,serious ecological destruction of Yellow River wetland in Zhengzhou section,the decline of wildlife resources year by year,and failure of government management have become more prominent.This has seriously affected the Yellow River wetland ecology and is not conducive to the sustainable development of Zhengzhou.The Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve in Zhengzhou belongs to one of nature reserves.This article combines the management experience of natural reserves at home and abroad,combined with the “wetland” characteristics of Zhengzhou Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve and features of Zhengzhou section of the Yellow River,through consulting literature and field work.Visits,systematic analysis,etc.,combed the management status and existing problems of the Yellow River Wetland Nature Reserve in Zhengzhou,and rationalized the causes of these problems.From the perspective of public management,using the new public theory and public product theory to draw lessons from the management experience of the Yellowstone National Park in the United States,Annapurna Nature Reserve in Nepal,and the Mai Po Nature Reserve in Hong Kong,combined with the practical management of the Yellow River wetland in Zhengzhou,a sound Top-level design,improve management efficiency,and guide people’s participation in the opinions and suggestions for the local government and relevant departments.
