Investigation And Analysis Of Radiation Protection Consciousness Of Radiological Workers In Wuxi Medical Institutions

[Objective]With the development of medical science and technology,rays are more and more widely integrated into the field of medicine.But radiation,like a double-edged sword,is also associated with potentially radioactive hazards when dialysis pathogens.How to avoid disadvantages and limit the risk within the controllable range,especially for the medical staff who have long been engaged in the work of radiation diagnosis and treatment.The purpose of this paper is to understand the importance of radiation protection for radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions and individuals in Wuxi,and put forwards some suggestions for the future development of radiation protection measures,routine supervision and inspection and radiation protection training.[Methods]1.By using a random sampling way to investigate the qualification,system implementation,place,equipment and staff of radiation and treatment institutions in Wuxi in 2016,and the results were statistically evaluated.2.Selecting 287 radiation workers from medical institutions in Wuxi,to reflect their awareness of radiation protection from different angles and levels:the way to wear personal dosimeter,the treatment to occupational health examination,the way to use protective equipment for patient,learning demand,problem awareness,consciousness of participating units,remind and communication.The questionnaire was designed by myself,self-designed "medical institutions staff radiation protection questionnaire",Before the investigation,the doctors were required to be serious and realistic,and to make sure the results were reliable.The questionnaire was recovered on the same day.The average correct rate of questions and the answers of different questions were compared statistically.The information obtained from investigation are established by statistical software EPI DATA3.0 and analyzed by SPSS 22.0.[Results]1.The radiation workers in Wuxi are able to comply the law and regulations.2.The radiation workers in Wuxi pay more attention to their own protections than patients.3.The number of knowing individual dose monitoring cycles,occupational health examination cycles and radiation dose reduction methods are relatively low.4.Radiation workers in different departments have differences in the consciousness of personal dosimeter monitoring,learning,participation,organizational management and communication.5.Radiation workers in different posts have differences in the occupational health examination,learning and organizational management.6.Radiation workers in different positions have differences in the occupational health examination,learning,organizational management and communication.7.Radiation workers in different scale of medical institutions have differences in problem consciousness.8.Radiation workers in differnt seniority have differences in the consciousness of protection for patients,problem,training and organizational management.[Conclusion]1.The radiation workers in Wuxi medical institutions are belongs to passive enforcement of laws and regulations.2.The radiation workers in Wuxi medical institutions pay more attention to their self-protection consciousness than others.3.The radiation workers in Wuxi are relatively weak in the protection of knowledge,skills and operation,so they need more training.4.There are some differences in radiation protection consciousness among radiation workers in different departments,different posts,different positions,different length of service and different scales of medical institutions,Radiation workers in interventional departments and nurses should be the focus of attention groups.5.Suggestion:The government should establish a system to classify different levels of hospitals in Wuxi and strengthen the radiation safety to the public,so as to promote the radiation workers to improve their awareness of protection.
