Water is an extremely valuable natural resource,water is closely related to life and economic development.It is an important material foundation for sustainable development of the society and economy.Urban sewage discharge and other environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.The sewage treatment project,as an important urban infrastructure,has a leading and restrictive role in the development of the city.The first phase of the Dehui Wastewater Treatment Plant was completed and put into operation in 2010,with a scale of 20000 m3/d.The plant is overloaded currently.The effluent water quality index of the existing wastewater treatment plant is Class I B standard in the “Emission Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002),which cannot meet the Class I A standard for the current national environmental protection policy for discharge requirements in key river basins.The scale of the existing reclaimed water project of the Dehui Sewage Treatment Plant is 20,000 m3/d.The scale of this new upgrade project was 10,000 m3/d advanced treatment water,and the total design scale was 30000 m3/d.After the treatment,the effluent meets the Class I A standard of the “Emission Standard for Pollutants of Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants”(GB18918-2002).Dehui City is located on the left bank of the second tributaries of the Songhua River and is one of the major cities polluting the water quality of the Songhua River.The advanced treatment and recycling of sewage can reduce the pollution of the ecological environment caused by sewage discharge,and reduce pollutional load of the Songhua River.In addition,the advanced treatment and recycling of wastewater is an important way to save water resources.This project construction is significant to the recycling of water resources.
