Forecasting water yield of mine is one of the main problems faced by the safety production,and it is also the basis for the rational design of the mine drainage and the mine water supply and drainage in a metal mine with complex hydrogeological conditions.In addition,forecasting water yield of mine has been one of the hotspots and difficulties in the field of hydrogeology due to the complexity of the hydrogeological conditions of the deposit and the applicability of the prediction method.The Huangtun pyrite is a large concealed iron ore deposit,and which is a large hydrogeological mine with complex hydrogeological conditions.The water yield of mine is carried out for three mining levels of-240m,-290m and-340m by analytic method and numerical method according to its spatial characteristics,curtain grouting project and the change of hydrogeological conditions under pumping conditions.Research shows that:(1)The grouting curtain around the deposit is a relative confining boundary,and which is equivalent to a built-in boundary in the regional groundwater flow field.The water head difference is large between inside and outside of the boundary through the pumping test.It is appropriate to control the flow field in a larger range to avoid the problem that the water level in the vicinity of the curtain is large and the rapid change is difficult to be accurately described.On this basis,the flow field in the curtain boundary is simulated accurately in the numerical simulation processes.?The ground curtain grouting was carried out on the basis of the results of mineral exploration and the geological exploration in the mining area combined with the mining needs.The long course(7 months),the great depth(the maximum depth is 120 m)and the large flow group hole pumping(24~30 thousands m~3/d)were continuously carried out during the implementation of the project.The hydraulic properties of the aquifers are changed,the pressure bearing is transferred to no pressure,and the pressure free state will be maintained under the mining condition.The above changes have an obvious influence on the water yield of mine.?The water yield of mine after the project is predicted,the effect of the curtain project is evaluated,and the main source of the future deposit is predicted according to the results of the water pumping test during the curtain project.In the example,the curtain effectively intercepts the lateral runoff,and the main source of the mine drainage is the vertical supply of the water-filled strata in the curtain,and the lateral inflow is relatively small.
