Research On The Delimitation Of The Red Line Of Ecological Protection In Ningguo

The red line of ecological protection is an important innovation in the protection and management of ecological environment in China.It is a region that needs strict control and control,which has important ecological functions and highly sensitive ecological environment.It is the bottom line for maintaining the safety of national and regional ecological environment.According to the "opinions" on strictly delineated and the ecological protection of the red line requirements,before the end of 2017,all provinces and cities along the Yangtze River,the Beijing Tianjin wing area to complete the delineation of ecological protection red,the other provinces and cities designated for completion by the end of 2018,in 2020 completed a comprehensive delineation of ecological protection red,establish the basic requirements of ecological protection of the red line system.The state promulgated the technical guide for the delimitation of the red line of ecological protection,which provides unified guidance for the delimit work of the red line of ecological protection in various provinces and cities throughout the country.At present,provinces and cities all over the country have started the delimitation of the red line of ecological protection.The attention of the state to the red line of ecological protection has also aroused more scholars’ research on the red line of ecological protection.The research results also provide theoretical guidance and reference for the ecological protection of red line delineation and subsequent management.In this paper,"the delineation of ecological protection red technology guide" as a guide,reference to the relevant regulations(District)planning,with the help of GIS and remote sensing technology,through the investigation and more accurate data collected in Ningguo City,water conservation,biodiversity conservation,water conservation,flood water storage,soil erosion,acid rain geological disasters and water pollution is evaluated.Based on the evaluation of 8 factors,GIS superposition is applied to calculate and integrate all kinds of protected land system established by law with ecosystem service function important area and eco-environmental sensitive area,and delineated the red line of ecological protection in Ningguo city.According to the practice,the red line of ecological protection is adjusted properly to avoid the subjectivity of the delimitation.Delineation results show that the city of Ningguo red ecological protection area of1117.49 km2,accounting for 44.93% of the total land area of the city,the area of woodland in the red line,840.72 km2,accounted for 75.23% of the total area of the redzone,followed by orchards and shrub land,respectively accounted for 8.49% and 6.70%.Compared with the red line of ecological protection in Anhui Province,the proportion of red line area in Ningguo ecological protection area is relatively high.It also reflects the good ecological environment of Ningguo.We should pay attention to the protection of the ecological environment.It is also necessary for delineating the red line of ecological protection in Ningguo.
