Research On Choice Of Environmental Policy Tools In Hebei Province Based On Big Data

In recent years,the rapid economic development in Hebei Province has been at the cost of deteriorating environmental quality.At the same time,heavy-weight heavy industry projects such as steel,building materials,thermal power,petrochemicals and mining in Hebei Province have led to high energy consumption and industrial pollution discharge in Hebei Province.Huge amount of pressure on the environment to withstand the growing pressure on environmental policy has gradually been concerned about.The effectiveness of environmental policies is determined by policy tools.Using advanced technologies to continuously improve environmental governance policy tools is of great practical significance to Hebei Province.With the continuous expansion of data,China has entered an era of "big data." This not only speeds people’s access to information,provides more convenience for people’s lifestyles,but also affects the overall environment in which government governs.The Internet has promoted the diversification of political,economic,social,environmental and cultural activities and made the country’s governance environment more complicated,greatly impacting China’s relatively simple traditional governance model,including the means of ecological environment governance.There are many problems such as single subject,inefficiency,lack of combination,Gender and other issues,or rely on traditional experience and decision-making tools for environmental policy choices,there is no trace of deep-rooted factors to address the environmental problems in Hebei Province,which led to poor efficiency of environmental governance.Especially in the context of intertwined and integrated ecological environment with economic development and complicated political goals,Hebei still lacks a set of scientific and complete environmental policy tools selection methods.Based on the overview of the application status of eco-environmental and environmental policy tools in Hebei Province,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the selection of environmental policy tools in Hebei Province,and draws lessons from the typical domestic and international use of big data for environment From the perspective of big data,aiming at the characteristics of ecological environment and the direction of environmental policy in Hebei Province,this paper proposes a unified tendency of choice of subjective and objective policy tools and a combination of quantitative and qualitative environmental policies Tools choice of environmental policy tools to choose the path of environmental policy tools for Hebei Province.
