The iron and steel industry as a pillar industry of our country,laid a solid foundation for the national economic development.Along with the deepening of the reform and opening up,the steel industry is developing rapidly,both enterprise scale and technology innovation has the very big enhancement.However,influenced by international economic environment constantly changing,the iron and steel industry is huge impact,in the past decade,China's steel industry scale continues to expand,but the iron and steel enterprise's profit margins are declining,iron and steel enterprises facing bigger pressure,excess production capacity,low industrial concentration,abnormal problems such as environmental pollution is serious,the steel industry production and operation situation is very grim.Global low carbon economy development of our country achieve energy conservation and emissions reduction,pgrading of industrial structure and promote the optimization,which is one of the internal motivation to at present our country iron and steel enterprises mergers and acquisitions.Mergers and acquisitions in essence is a symptom of optimal allocation of resources,m&a enterprises must accurately grasp the opportunity and select the target enterprise,increase the intensity of integration after the merger,really improve the long-term performance of the enterprise,it is need to increase the competitiveness of the international iron and steel enterprises in our country,promote the adjustment of industrial structure,strengthen the industry synergies,is helpful to promote the development of the whole steel industry.In this paper,using principal component analysis(pca)to illustrate the performance of enterprise m&a Z B before and after change,further evaluation and analysis in the context of the iron and steel industry policy B enterprise mergers and acquisitions of real drivers,and merger and acquisition,the company's business performance is improved.This paper first introduces the background to the case enterprise,including mergers and acquisitions both sides of the basic profile and m&a process.With SWOT chart analysis enterprise m&a motivation,B respectively from foreign competition pressure,the lack of raw materials,market drivers,Angle analysis,and then with the principal component analysis method to analyze the empirical m&a performance,test results and conclusions finally.Through analyzing the performance of enterprise merger and acquisition of Z B,can draw m&a performance from a long-term point of view is positive,but there's still a short-term negative effect,so the corresponding countermeasure is put forward.Expected to iron and steel enterprises mergers and acquisitions to provide some reference for the future,to give some reference,to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises through m&a,optimize configuration of enterprise resources,promoting the development of China's iron and steel industry to a higher level...
