Study On Green Degree Evaluation Of Cement Manufacturing Enterprise Based On Data Envelopment Analysis

The cement industry is one of the basic industries of the national economy.With the increasingly fierce competition in the cement industry leading directly to a serious overcapacity in recent years,cement manufacturers are exploring the future development of the road.The 21st century is an era of green development.Green development promotes the progress of the company's capacity-reduction activities.However,its development will inevitably bring great challenges to the internal management of enterprises.For example,the company's value chain is out of balance,and the internal operating model is rigid,resulting in increased contradictions.The serious impact of pollution remains a hot topic.The state has introduced various policies to promote the development of new dry cement production processes and encouraged the adoption of circular economy.In order to adapt to the green development environment,enterprises have to face the fate of cooperation between enterprises or mergers and acquisitions,and the phenomenon of enterprise clusters has emerged.Policies are in essence beneficial to the development of advantageous enterprises,increase the degree of concentration,and reasonably plan the layout of the industry.In short,in the context of the new policy,technology,quality,cost,and scale have become key factors in competition,and competitive companies have good opportunities for development.For cement manufacturing companies,green development is an opportunity and challenge for the company's strategic development.In this paper,the company's green degree research is carried out.By constructing a green degree evaluation index system and analysis model,we are looking for a way to integrate green development and internal process management in this severe environment.Enterprises can better fulfill the green development requirements.When analyzing the greenness of cement companies,cement manufacturers should adopt a macro-value orientation to closely integrate value activities and greenness throughout the company's production cycle,and summarize and analyze the relationship between greenness and activities.Finally,based on a large number of actual investigations on the cement industry in Anhui Province and the top ten companies in the Anhui Cement Industry in 2017,this paper comprehensively uses the green development theory and industrial analysis methods to summarize the significance of researching the green degree of the company and demonstrate the results of the company's green degree analysis.
