With living standard enhancing, consumers need clothing can be practical, but must be comfort and health. In view of underwear, the moisture absorption and perspiration fiber is one of the important factors. So, the moisture absorption and perspiration of fabric is becoming a hot attention.The thesis observes textile fiber section, tests twisted yarns'moisture absorption effect, and analyzes the influence of shape characteristic of fibers, F, twist to the moisture absorption effect. The thesis collects twelve the moisture absorption and perspiration knitted fabrics, analyzes the specification parameters, weaves twenty-three the moisture absorption and perspiration shuttle fabrics, tests moisture absorption altitude, diffusion area, and drying rate, uses gray interrelation to appraisal knitted fabrics'moisture absorption and perspiration performance, complies program of fuzzy similar priority ratio calculator, uses fuzzy similar priority ratio to appraisal shuttle fabrics'moisture absorption and perspiration performance, and gets the factors, which influence the moisture absorption and perspiration performance.The researchs show that when non-circular degree of fiber and F increase, twist reduces, the moisture absorption effect is good according to the correlation analysis.According to gray interrelation, Textile fiber raw material has the most important influence to the moisture absorption and perspiration performance of the knitted fabrics, Topcool> Cooldry>De. With fiber content growing, the moisture absorption and perspiration performance of the knitted fabrics is getting more and more well. When the knitted fabrics has the same moisture absorption and perspiration fiber, fabric thickness and density are the approximately same, fineness is within 40D-150D, the moisture absorption and perspiration performance of the knitted fabrics is getting more and more well with fineness increasing.According to fuzzy similar priority ratio, when fineness is within 75D-321D, density is within 206—398 per 10cm, DPF is within 1.0417-1.5625,the specification parameters is moderate, the moisture absorption and perspiration performance of the shuttle fabrics is good, for example, 18#, otherwise it is bad, for example, 2#. Textile fiber raw material has important influence to the moisture absorption and perspiration performance of the shuttle fabrics, 22#,20#,21#,and 23# are weaved by the same fiber, their total sum is little among all weaved fabrics, the fuzzy similar priority ratio sorting is forward. When the textile fiber raw material is same, density is within 206—398 per 10cm, density has the bigger influence to the moisture absorption and perspiration of the shuttle fabrics.
