| The shaximiao gas reservoir of xinchang structure in western Sichuan is a typical multipale super-low permeability reservoir. Now this gas reservoir is in its last stage of development. According to the current development situation, these gas reserves have not been totally developed. So it is of great necessity to enhance the deployment to gain higher production of gas from this reservoir. In order to improve the production of each well in this area, the following jobs have been done:(1) The geological characteristics of Shaximiao gas reservoir is analyzed, and summarized the reservoir property, rock mechanical parameters. All the work has laid a firm foundation for the later optimization work aiming at a specific layer.(2) Analyized the possible shape and structure of hydraulic fracture of horizontal well in the reservoir, and determined the main structure of the Shaximiao gas reservoir which will be used to analyze the flow feature in the gas reservoir.(3) Based on the radial flow model, this paper established a production prediction model which having taken the interference of hydraulic fractures. And in order to make is more easy to understand, the model would be simplified and contain more factors such as start-up pressure and fracture damage.(4) Using the model established,this paper calculated several situations of different fracture factors, and finally found out the optimum scheme of the fracture deployment of the horizontal well in this reservoir.(5) According to the scheme, a fracturing optimization designing has been given and been used to direct the operation of the fracturing. As a case study, it would be evaluated at last and compared with the neighboring wells.Selecting Shaximiao gas reservoir as the research object, this paper carried out a more in-depth study of production prediction model, which has an important engineering significance for guiding fracturing in Gas reservoir, and it is also a reference for the similar reservoir fracturing. |
