At present,although new energy sources are constantly being studied and discovered,new energy sources have not replaced the position of coal in Chinese energy sources,and it is still the main energy in our country,therefore,it is very important to study the mining technology of coal.In the process of coal mining,the shearer is one of the main tools.As the coal mining is becoming more and more moder,the shearer is also developing to high yield,high efficiency and high power,which require higher reliability for shearer components,especially walking mechanism.At present,the service life of key parts for the shearer walking mechanism is relatively short,especially the gear rail wheel.The gear rail wheel is easily damaged when it encounters shocks and is operated under conditions of heavy load for a long time.If the gear rail wheel is destroyed,it will seriously affect the mining efficiency of the shearer,and the replacement of the gear rail wheel is difficult and time-consuming,which will seriously affect the efficiency of the enterprise.In order to increase the service life of shearer walking mechanism,this paper analyzes the strength and fatigue for key parts of shearer walking mechanism,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.This paper mainly introduces the working principle of the drum shearer and the shearer walking mechanism,and points out some problems that often appear in the key parts of the shearer walking mechanism.According to the engineering drawings of the parts,the simplified physical model of the key parts of the shearer walking mechanism is established by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software.And analysis of the force on the gear rail wheel,and under different working conditions,the force of the front and rear guided slider boots are calculated,that is the basis for the analysis of the key parts of the shearer walking mechanism.The finite element method is used to analyze the bending of the gear rail wheel and the contact between the gear rail wheel,and the pin rail under the maximum loadand perform fatigue analysis under the rated power,and the gear rail wheel is improved.Secondly,the strength and fatigue analysis for pin rail are carried out.Finally,the strength and fatigue analysis are carried out for the front and rear guided siding boots under the different working conditions are carried out,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.Through the research and analysis of this paper,the factors are further understood that the key parts of the shearer walking mechanism are destroyed,and the effective conditions are provided for its future design and optimization.
