The scientific and reasonable matching of "three machines" is the necessary condition to improve the production capacity of fully mechanized mining face and realize high yield and efficiency.Deep coal mining is the inevitable trend of energy development in China.It is of great significance for safe and efficient coal mining to adapt to the "three machines" supporting design of deep coal seam and the study of mechanical characteristics of sliding boots of Shearer.Based on the engineering geology and mining technical conditions of the deep fully mechanized mining face in Huainan mining area,this paper makes an in-depth study on the mechanical characteristics of the "three machines" in the deep fully mechanized mining face and the mechanics of the sliding boots of the shearer under different working conditions by using the comprehensive research methods such as theoretical analysis,computer numerical simulation and field industrial test.The size matching scheme of "hydraulic support telescopic beam stroke > Hydraulic support Passage > Coal shearer drum cutting depth" is created to adapt to the deep coal seam.In order to adapt to the law of mining pressure in deep stope,the technical principle of "three-machine" selection is given from the aspects of improving the stability,reliability and adaptability of equipment: selection of high working resistance hydraulic support,narrow groove width,high-power scraper conveyor,small drum,shallow deep-cut mining machine.paper deduces the mechanical equilibrium equations of different tilt angle and different coal seam inclination in the process of coal cutting in double drum shearer,analyzes the stress variation law of front and rear guide sliding boots and supporting sliding boots under different tilt angle and different coal seam inclination conditions in working face,and obtains the dangerous working condition parameters of shearer coal machine.The stress extremum point position of guided sliding boots and support sliding boots under dangerous working conditions is given,and the strength analysis of dangerous working conditions guide sliding boots and support sliding boots is carried out,and the improvement scheme of guided sliding boots is given.The research results in this paper provide theoretical basis and technical support for ensuring safe and efficient production of deep fully mechanized mining face.Figure:[25] Table[20] Reference[65]...
