Wheel-rail Crawler Loader as the equipment of slagging and collecting within the undergroud tunnel is indispensable equipment in the mining industry.Due to the continuous development of modern mining technology and requirements of enviromental protection, required Wheel-rail Crawler Loader lighter and smaller.Rail clamp device for improving Wheel-rail Crawler Loader operating stability,security plays a crucial role.Based on the60Wheel-rail Crawler Loader as the research object,according to the characteristics of such small slag raking machine, puts forward a scheme of horizontal cylinder type rail clamping device to solve the problem of security, stability of the slag machine operation process. And through theory, simulation and experiment study on the feasibility andreliability of rail clamping device during operation.(1) By analyzing the mechanism of sliding on the wheel rail type drossing machinein the machine during operation, and combined with a small Wheel-rail Crawler Loader structure, and put forward a set of horizontal cylinder type rail clamping device.(2) Through the analysis of force deslagging machine device in the process of operation, combined with the analysis of skid resistance body can provide rail clamping device andclamping force calculation, The systematic analysis of the rail clamping device in different mining conditions,clamping bit type and installation location under stress, and summarize a rail clamping device load column matrix.(3) By the method of KED (elastic dynamics) as the basis, establish thedynamics model of rail clamping device, get to the natural frequency changes with the position type of law. Using the numerical integral method is used to solve the differential equationof elastic dynamics rail clamping device, calculate the elastic displacement response of important node of a rail clamping device under different mining conditions, the clamping position type and installation position.Analysis of a reasonable clamping bit type and the installation position, and find out the most suitable analysis conditions.(4) By using the multi-body dynamics analysis software ADAMS of virtual prototype analysis of Wheel-rail Crawler Loader and a rail clamping device, and verify the feasibility of the rail clamping device, and through the analysis ofthe elastic displacement of the key nodes in simulation, verified the correctness of the mathematical model analysis. Using the ADAMS/Vibration module carries on the analysis to the elastic dynamics model of rail clamping device, found by increasing theinstallation distance to reduce the influence of the vibration regularity..(5) The type60wheel type drossing machine as the experimental platform, verify the effectiveness of the rail clamping device slip. Through the comparative analysis of test data and the simulation data to verify the correctness of the virtual prototype simulation results, which proves thatrail clamping device, elastic dynamic mathematical model is correct Show that this method can be used to analysis of Wheel-rail Crawler Loader rail clamping device dynamics.
