Coal mine shaft is the "throat" of mining ground and underground transportation,which is very important for mine safety production.Since 1987,more than 200 vertical shafts in huang-huai and northeast China have been damaged,which seriously threaten the safety of mine production and cause significant economic losses.Shandong juye mining area,the author of this paper Guo Tun ore thick overburden thin bedrock strata wellbore appeared a kind of surface soil section of wellbore deflection and vertical compression deformation of coexistence of new damage form,to master in service within the industrial square,deputy,wind three shaft ground strata grouting treatment,there is high pressure grouting on nearby wellbore security threats in service,the major technical problems in the engineering background of Guo Tun ore,study the actual stress state of wellbore in service and security early warning value setting method,for scientific selected layout,design parameters,such as grouting pressure,grouting hole real-time monitoring borehole stress state,to ensure that the ground grouting in the process of coal mine production safety have important significance.This article USES the research method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,first of all,the system analyzes the Guo Tun mine shaft engineering geological and hydrogeological conditions,as well as the main,deputy,three wind shaft deflection damaged condition,explores the cause of broken shaft deflection;Secondly,based on the measured results of wellbore bias,the relevant calculation model is established,and the actual stress state of wellbore is analyzed.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of the ground grouting,the stress state of the wellbore in the wellbore is simulated numerically,and the stress state of the wellbore is simulated in the process of grouting.Finally,based on the current relevant specification(procedure),combined with wellbore monitoring,the warning value of wellbore operation state is given.Therefore,it provides the safety guarantee for the real-time monitoring and monitoring of the ground grouting in the mine shaft.
