Mine production mine hoist system is an extremely important part of its operating conditions will affect the lives and safety of mine production and economic benefits as well as staff. "transport is the Mine artery, is to enhance the throat of mine" image describes the important role of mine hoist systems in the production process.Now most of the domestic coal mine is still using artificial periodic inspection measured way to enhance the operation of the system state detection, this way is very backward, not only can not be real-time detection of hoist health and ensure data continuity, accuracy, and can not take immediate steps to improve the system anomalies.In this paper, for a full understanding of current research on the basis of Jining Coal Mine hoist a security monitoring and early warning of abnormal state project background, the development of a mine hoist abnormal state security early warning systems, industrial control systems now use technology to achieve enhance the safety of the mine.The article first introduces the necessity to carry out this project, to enhance understanding of the current domestic and international research in machine warning systems and future trends, and briefly describes the structure of the mine hoisting system.Article respectively, from the overall scheme of early warning systems, system software and hardware systems to the application of these fuzzy expert system has done a detailed design.In the overall design, the system uses a distributed control Auxiliary master PLC and MCGS combination.Mine hoist safety system consists of a pre-abnormal state station, two main and two auxiliary shaft sub-station radio base stations,it includes the station control room, the main well hoist substation and substation auxiliary shaft hoist main shaft sheave radio base station and a radio base station Auxiliary sheave.System hardware includes vibration, temperature and distance and other sensors,programmable controllers, power modules, TPC7062 K touch screen and opticaltransceivers.The article details the hardware devices working principle and the main parameters.We used the configuration software and PLC programming software, not only completed the design of PLC programming, to achieve A / D conversion, the states with vibration, temperature-based feature and switch abnormal collection and fault alarm functions.But also completed MCGS configuration design.Finally, the article attempts to fuzzy expert system is applied to hoist the diagnosis early warning, monitoring system to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis.
