CFRP has many advantages,such as light weight,high strength,good elasticity,corrosion resistance and fatigue.It has high engineering application value and is expected to replace traditional reinforcement in the field of civil engineering in the future.However,the lateral shear strength of CFRP material is low and its anchorage is difficult,which makes its application seriously in engineering.Therefore,it is of great significance and practical value to research and invent a new anchorage for CFRP reinforcement.The article is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The research results of the anchorage performance of CFRP tendons in recent years are summarized and summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing straight cylinder anchorage,inner cone type anchorage and several kinds of bond anchorages derived from them are discussed.Through mechanical calculation of the anchorage mechanism of the anchorage of each anchor,the invention and design of the internal curve anchorage are put forward,and the mechanical calculation of the anchorage is proved to be superior to the internal curve anchorage.(2)Using a large general finite element software ANSYS to establish the finite element model,stress performance comparison of the numerical simulation analysis of cone type,cone and cylindrical,cylindrical inner cone and cylinder type anchorage and new research in the four different curve type anchorage anchorage structure,including anchor tube contact compressive stress the anchorage zone of cable and CFRP radial extrusion stress and CFRP strand transverse shear stress,the finite element analysis shows that the anchorage performance of the internal curve anchorage is superior.(3)The physical structure of the new invented inner line anchor is made,and the test specimen is assembled with CFRP strand to carry out static load tensile test.The cable share of each specimen contains 13 5mm non-light CFRP tendons.To obtain the ultimate bearing capacity by axial tensile tests,so as to obtain the anchorage efficiency of anchorage incurvature linear anchorage performance,and then expounds the incurvature linear anchorage is superior,can fully meet the requirements of the conventional design.(4)Thirdly,the finite element ANSYS is used to optimize the internal curve bond anchorage and analyze the CFRP strands large size multi-layer wire anchorage,so as to provide reference for the design and research of CFRP strand bond anchorage.
