The application of CFRP to reinforce structures is the main research direction in the field of reinforcement at present.Compared with ordinary reinforcement materials,CFRP materials have unique advantages of light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance,excellent thermal performance and high tensile strength.Because of the anisotropy of CFRP,its shear strength in practical application is far lower than the tensile strength,so its material performance is difficult to fully play.At present,although there are many different types of anchorage,most of them are for carbon fiber reinforced materials,and the anchorage of carbon fiber sheet is still a research hotspot.Therefore,in view of this unique property of CFRP,a new type of anchorage is designed and developed on the basis of existing theory.A new clamping anchorage system of CFRP plate is designed by parameterized comparison of anchorage with finite element software.The anchorage effect of the new anchorage is verified by static load test.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the investigation and analysis of the current research status of CFRP anchorage system at home and abroad,the structural form and stress mechanism of existing anchorage are summarized.According to the mechanical characteristics of CFRP plates,a new design concept of inner surface gripping anchorage system is proposed.The advantages of the new type of anchorage are expounded by comparing and analyzing the force mechanism of the traditional anchorage system.(2)The solid model of flat anchorage and new anchorage of the same size is established by numerical simulation software ANSYS.And compared and analyzed the mechanical indexes such as extrusion stress,vertical displacement and shear stress of anchorage.In addition,five main parameters affecting anchorage effect are analyzed and compared by ANSYS program to optimize anchorage.(3)The static load tension test of new anchorage is designed,including test content,equipment,loading mode,test device and so on.The actual anchorage efficiency of the new anchorage is obtained by test,and the reliability of the new anchorage is verified.(4)The shortcomings of the new anchorage are analyzed and summarized,and the future research is prospected and analyzed.
