With the integration of the world economy, the trend of trade liberalization among countries around the world is becoming increasingly clear.China as the largest developing country in the world, trade activities with other countries are also increasing,in the process, although our country's economy has made great progress, and our country's carbon dioxide emissions are also gradually increasing.Domestic and foreign scholars have always paid high attention to the study of trade liberalization and carbon.dioxide emissions. Therefore, many scholars at home and abroad have studied the relationship between trade liberalization and carbon dioxide emissions in China. This article examines and collects literature on the relationship between China's trade liberalization and carbon dioxide emissions.Finding differences between the existing literature on China's trade liberalization and carbon dioxide emissions, mainly divided into the following three conclusions. The first is that trade liberalization will promote carbon dioxide emissions; The second is the opening of trade to suppress the emission of carbon dioxide; The third is the complex relationship between trade liberalization and carbon dioxide emissions. This article first gives a simple descriptive analysis of China's trade opening and current status of carbon dioxide emissions. To further explore and illustrate the differences between the results of this research project, introduced a method popular in medicine meta-analysis,find out the cause of the difference between the results.Follow the steps of the meta-analysis,first,through the search of domestic and foreign trade with China to open up and carbon dioxide emissions related literature, filter according to the standard and determine the effect value, finally through the construction of meta-regression analysis equation,to explain the differences in the conclusions of China's trade liberalization and carbon dioxide emissions.Meta-analysis shows results, different regulatory variables in the research literature will have different degrees of influence on the relationship between China's trade liberalization and carbon dioxide emissions,to test the quality of the meta-analysis,this article also examines publication bias, the results also prove the existence of publication bias, the more probable the article is,the more likely it is to be published. We need to be cautious afterwards in the empirical analysis of the literature related to China's trade liberalization and CO2 emissions.
