Interior decoration has become an important part of people's life.Due to the gradual increase of all kinds of decoration materials and decorations,the limitation of toxic and harmful substances in building or decoration materials is not strict enough,which all aggravates the indoor environment pollution.Ammonia and bacterial pollution not only affect the quality of life,but also are closely related to the health of the people.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop multifunctional home textile fabrics,which can effectively remove ammonia and reduce the harm of bacteria in the room environment.The main work results are as follows:(1)Design of ultrafine Cu2O/Ti O2 composite materials.First,the different morphologies of Cu2O/Ti O2 composite were successfully prepared by regulating the concentration of tetrabutyl titanate.SEM and TEM test results showed Ti O2 successfully attached to Cu2 O surface,and with the increase of tetrabutyl titanate,the surface morphology of the composite changed,the diameters of different morphological complexes were about 400-600 nm.XRD analysis showed that the complex was the same crystal form as that of Cu2 O.EDS test indicated that the elements of the sample consist of Cu,Ti and O.XPS analysis proved the existence of Cu+ and Ti4+ elements in the sample.(2)Process optimization and ammonia removal performance evaluation of cotton fabric finishing with Cu2O/Ti O2.Through the comparison of the ammonia removal performance,the optimum morphology of compound was obtained and used for the functional finishing of cotton fabric.Through process optimization,and the optimum finishing process was obtained: the dipping temperature is 50 oC,the dipping time was 5 min,the concentration of finishing agent was 2 g/L,and dried at room temperature.Under the optimal finishing process,the removal rate of ammonia was 93% in two hours.The effects of environmental factors on removal performance of ammonia of the cotton fabric were studied.It was concluded that the removal performance of ammonia was better when under light condition,the low initial concentration of ammonia(<15 mg/m3)and the high environment temperature.In addition,after adding adhesive silica sol(p H=9.5),the washing resistance of loaded cotton fabric was greatly improved.After 50 times of washing,the removal rate of ammonia was reduced by 12.35%,in contrast,loaded cotton fabric with no adhesive was reduced by 56.78%.(3)Detection of antibacterial properties and mechanism of cotton fabric finishing with Cu2O/Ti O2.The results of shake flask method,zone of inhibition and quinn test showed that the cotton fabric loaded with Cu2O/Ti O2 had better antibacterial properties.The inhibitory rate of cotton fabric on E.coli and S.aureus was 94.45% and 96.83% respectively.After the addition of silica sol(p H=9.5),the washing fastness of the loaded cotton fabric was improved greatly.(4)Study on the mechanism of compound showed that it can effectively promote effective separation of photoproduction electronic-hole,at the same time increase the utilization of sunlight,improve the photocatalytic activity of material,in the degradation experiment,NH3 is transformed into non-toxic harmless N2.Due to the defects of inorganic materials,electrons are released under certain external conditions,and holes are formed.Hole can produce the oxygen ions free radical(·O2-)and hydroxyl free radical(·HO)in the environment of water and oxygen,which can destroy bacteria cell membrane,then it can get into the cell,and destroy the protein synthesis,finally,the bacteria is inhibited or killed.In conclusion,the multifunctional Cu2O/Ti O2 composite were successfully prepared,and used for finishing of cotton fabrics.After finishing,The cotton fabric had good removal performance of ammonia and antibacterial properties.Thus,the study had completed the exploitation of multi-functional textiles,which can control indoor micro-environment pollution.Also,it provides a scientific solution to enhance the added value of home textiles and market competitiveness and create an ammonia free,sterile,comfortable room environment.
