Based on the theory of competitive strategy,this paper analyzed the internal and external environment of QDCY Company through literature consulting,investigation,qualitative analysis and other methods.The paper also clarified the challenge and opportunity of the stamping industry faced by QDCY Company as well as advantages and disadvantages of QDCY Company applying SWOT analysis method.What's more,I constructed the SWOT-QSPM model for QDCY Company in this paper by using the QSPM matrix which combines the advantages of qualitative and quantitative analysis.According to the export advice of scores of external factors faced by company and internal factors of the company got by investigating,this paper outlined the SWOT strategic quadrilateral of the company and finally came to the optional competitive strategy for the development of QDCY Company by further analysis,which is the differentiation strategy.After the determination of competitive strategy,the paper proposed that the enterprise can implement the differentiation strategy through product quality,customer service,and market segmentation,expanding export market and other channels,and put forward to the feasibility safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy.The current international and domestic environment has undergone profound changes that brought both opportunities and challenges to the silicon steel stamping industry.As the motor industry of developed countries transfers abroad and the scope of production outsourcing becomes more and more wide as well as the domestic and international energy efficiency standard and enforcement becomes more and more strict,the domestic silicon steel stamping industry is facing a new shuffle.Based on the actual situation of QDCY Company,I hope to put forward reasonable suggestions through this study to QDCY company's strategy decision-makers to help the enterprise to clear the development direction and the implement effective competition strategy to enable the enterprise to seize opportunities and avoid risks in the complex environment to seek a continuous and healthy development.Moreover,I hope this paper will provide references in the applying of the competitive strategy theory in small and medium enterprises,especially in silicon steel stamping enterprises.
