Competitive strategy is of great significance to the enterprise,which is related to the survival of the enterprise.Choosing the right competitive strategy at the right time can enable the enterprise to effectively cope with the fierce market competition and seek the long-term development of the enterprise.The research object of this paper,SDCY carbon materials co.,ltd.is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production of pre-baked anode for aluminum electrolysis.In the early stage of the enterprise's development,the enterprise rapidly gained strength by applying the low-cost competitive strategy.But in recent years,the industry overcapacity,increasingly fierce competition,the company's original competitive strategy has been unable to resist the fierce market competition.In order to actively respond to the declining trend of development,enterprises urgently need to choose and formulate new competitive strategies to achieve long-term and steady development.Based on the theory of competitive strategy and the practice of SDCY carbon materials co.,LTD.,this paper makes a systematic study on the design of differentiated competitive strategy of SDCY carbon materials co.,LTD.,so as to provide a reference for the establishment of differentiated competitive strategy.This paper conducts research according to the route of "finding problems,analyzing causes and proposing solutions".First of all,the domestic and foreign research achievements of the enterprise strategy theory,summed up the theoretical basis for reference;Secondly,by sorting out the internal and external environment,and specifically using PEST analysis model and porter's five forces model,the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise and the threats to opportunities are preliminarily obtained.Furthermore,SWOT analysis is used toestablish the analysis matrix of competitive strategy alternatives and to screen the feasibility of alternative strategies.At the same time,through the construction of internal and external environmental factors evaluation matrix,the SWOT analysis of quantitative research,to verify the company's choice of differentiated competitive strategy scientific and accurate.Finally,according to the selected differentiated competition strategy to make a specific strategy implementation content,and further clearly put forward the strategic safeguard measures.The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for improving the operation status of SDCY carbon materials company and maintaining its advantages in the increasingly fierce market competition.
