Study On The Improvement Of Safety Culture In Construction Site

In recent years,the construction industry in our country has been developing rapidly,the scale of construction is expanding,and the construction industry has gradually developed into an important pillar industry of our national economy.However,in recent years,the accidents of housing and municipal engineering are more and more frequent,and the safety accidents can not be effectively checked,and the situation of building safety production is still not.It is often grim.The low level of safety culture in construction industry is the fundamental cause of the serious situation of construction safety production.The low safety culture level of China’s construction industry is mainly embodied in the safety culture of the construction site.The positive safety culture is of great significance to the formation of the safety consciousness of the construction project operators.At present,the safety culture of the construction site in China needs to be improved.Through the questionnaire survey,The text summed up the construction work site safety culture elements,through the decomposition of too general factors,combined with the meaning of similar factors,through the consultation experts to adjust,screened out the elements of construction work site safety culture management level,which is the operating staff level and the operational environment level.Secondly,these factors are compiled into questionnaires to carry out a questionnaire survey.The survey data are analyzed with SPSS software,and the most important elements of the management staff level,the operating staff level and the operating environment level are obtained.The most important elements of safety culture are improved,and the improvement plan of safety culture in construction site is put forward.Finally,the improvement scheme was applied to a construction project,and the questionnaire survey on safety culture satisfaction was carried out before and after the construction period.It was found that the most important elements of the improved safety culture were all improved before the improvement,so the improvement scheme was feasible.Through the study of the improvement of the safety culture of the construction site in China,this paper fundamentally improves the production situation of construction safety in our country.It is of practical significance to improve the safety management level of the construction projects,prevent and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in the construction,and protect the life and property safety of the people.
