H company is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise mainly invested by European private capital in China.Its main business is to provide other enterprises with key parts in the field of medical devices or assemble medical device products.In recent years,the situation of medical device industry is very good.H company has developed rapidly and moved to a new address.However,due to the rapid development,there are many problems affecting production efficiency in the assembly workshop.This paper takes the assembly workshop of H company as the research object,takes the existing problems affecting production efficiency of the assembly workshop as the background,analyzes the existing problems,optimizes the line side warehouse and workshop layout,further optimizes the layout scheme by using genetic algorithm,and finally establishes the evaluation index to evaluate and select the best layout scheme.Firstly,various production related problems in the assembly workshop are analyzed,and it is concluded that solving these problems needs to be carried out from the two perspectives of line side warehouse optimization and workshop layout optimization.Furthermore,the line side warehouses are designed around the six assembly lines in the assembly workshop,so that the line side warehouses can be discretized to serve each assembly line.When optimizing the line side warehouse,the type of materials stored,material capacity,material location and the size and quantity of shelves are determined for each line side warehouse partition.Then,on the basis of determining the side warehouse area of each line,the SLP method is used to rearrange the assembly workshop,and the initial layout scheme is drawn through logistics analysis and non logistics analysis,combined with the actual situation of the assembly workshop of H company.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to improve the SLP method.Based on the data obtained by the traditional SLP method,the genetic algorithm is used to build the model and solve it,and the optimized layout scheme is obtained.After comparing and evaluating the schemes obtained by the two methods,the final scheme is selected.This paper improves the assembly workshop of H company,improves its production efficiency and industry competitiveness,and provides a reference scheme for the line side warehouse design and workshop layout of similar manufacturing enterprises.
