| With the transformation of the concept of modern life and the contradiction of urban development,sustainable development and ecological development have become the focus.In the report of the 19th CPC National Congress,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of ecological civilization,which reflects the importance and age of our ecological civilization construction.And how to systematically grasp the relationship between the urban competitiveness development and the ecological construction,and then let the Chinese city take a sustainable development road,to promote the long-term development of China's society has an extremely important practical value.On the basis of summarizing the current urban competitiveness theory,and referring to the urban competitiveness model at home and abroad,taking the "ring Dongting Lake City Economic Circle" in the Yangtze River economic belt as the research object in Yiyang,Changde and Yueyang in Hunan,the ecological competitiveness of the ring Dongting Lake city economic circle is constructed by using the PSR framework model.At the same time,in order to further quantify the index system,based on the development data of the ring Dongting Lake city economic circle in 2014?2015,the above indexes are solved by using the intuitionistic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,thus the horizontal comparison of the urban core competitiveness of the three cities in Yiyang,Yueyang and Changde in Hunan is compared.This clears the main influencing factors of the three cities' Eco competitiveness and gives the advantages and disadvantages of different cities.Finally,based on the above theories,we put forward specific suggestions and advice of accelarating industrial upgrading,structural adjustment and evaluation transformation,strengthening supervisation,imposing punishment and exposing information,encouraging the usage of clean energy,developing renewable resource and arousing the public awareness of envrionmental protection... |
