Eutrophication has become a global phenomenon and present a growth trend,The effect of this phenomenon will results in aquatic plants outbreak,dissolved oxygen depletion,water degradation,fishery reduction and fish quality decline.At present,the transform of cultivation mode and application of feed additives has been become the key factors of fish quality.However,there is a lack of fish feed with a clear improvement in the quality of the fish in mildly eutrophic water.In order to meet the needs of industry and agriculture,plenty of dregs was remained.after extracting the active ingredient in the dregs with microwave-assisted method,we added it to the feed with different proportions.In this study,Wild type zebra fish were divided into nine groups and fed in three water of Normal,Normal+N/P and Pool,then fed with Normal diet,Normal diet with01%Honeysuckle dregs extraction(EE)and 1%EE for 6 weeks,respectively.The results showed that Honeysuckle dregs extraction increase the body weight with no effect on survival rate,As a result,the growth performance,fish quality and lipid oxidation was explored.For nutritional ingredient,Honeysuckle dregs extraction not only enhanced crude protein,but also reduced crude fat content with no effect on moisture content.The results of HPLC,GC-MS and Automatic amino acid analyzer has indicated that Honeysuckle dregs extraction aggrandize the IMP content with decline the K value.Furthermore,Honeysuckle dregs extraction markedly increased delicious amino acid and essential amino acid,the content of SFA was decreased and the USFA was enhanced after adding the Honeysuckle dregs extraction.On the other hand,Honeysuckle dregs extraction through inhibiting the produce of MDA and increasing the DPPH clearance activity to improve fish quality.In conclusion,our study indicated that Eutrophication weaken the fish quality,the growth performance and fish quality was improved with Honeysuckle dregs extraction.Therefore,as a newfeed supplement,Honeysuckle dregs extraction provides a new dietary strategy to fish quality.
