With the negative impact of the shortage of resources and the deterioration of the environment,we started to promote a low-carbon economy.Remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain has the economic and environmental benefits of reducing environmental pollution and resource consumption,and can well implement the concept of low-carbon economy,which is of great significance to energy conservation and emission reduction.The government has an important responsibility to control the country’s carbon emissions.Therefore,this paper combines the remanufacturing closed-loop supply chain with the government carbon emission reduction policy,in order to find the appropriate emission reduction policy and achieve the sustainable development of the economy.The article assumes that the remanufacturing products and new products are homogeneous and heterogeneous,A manufacturer-led stackelberg game model are established to study the different government’s emission reduction policies on the product price,total carbon emissions and supply chain profits,and verified by a numerical example.This paper can draw the following conclusions:(1)When the products are homogeneous,the carbon trading policy can effectively guide the recycling,but it can not reduce the carbon emissions well;the government subsidy policy can effectively reduce the carbon emissions but will damage the profits of retailers.While the comprehensive policy of carbon trading and government subsidy can effectively reduce the carbon emissions and improve the whole profits of the supply chain.(2)When the products are heterogeneous,although the carbon trading policy can effectively control the carbon emissions,it will reduce the market demand and adversely affect the supply chain.The government subsidy policy can improve the profits of the supply chain and increase the demand of the market,but it cannot effectively reduce the carbon emission.while implementing a comprehensive policy of carbon trading and government subsidies,it can effectively reduce carbon emissions and improve the overall profits of the supply chain.(3)Regardless of whether the products are homogeneous or heterogeneous,comprehensive policy can make up for the inadequacy of separate two policies,effectively reduce carbon emissions,and increase the overall profits of the supply chain so that the supply chain achieves a better condition.Therefore,when implementing the carbon trading policy,appropriate government subsidies should be given to make up for the lack of carbontrading policies alone,to improve the operational efficiency of the supply chain and to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. |
