| In recent years, the global economy has shown a trend of rapid development, but it has also brought a series of negative impacts on society, such as resource shortage, environmental pollution and other increasingly prominent problems, seriously affecting people’s production and life.Among them, excessive carbon dioxide emissions in the manufacturing process is the main cause of global greenhouse effect. In order to solve this problem, all countries around the world are committed to seeking low-carbon economic development mode.Remanufacturing of recycled waste products can not only save the resources consumed in the production process, but also reduce the impact of the production process on the environment, which is favored by countries all over the world. However, many manufacturers are unwilling to engage in remanufacturing because of the high level of production technology requirements for remanufacturing, and the development of remanufacturing technology in China is not mature enough. To support the development of the remanufacturing industry, the government can levy a carbon tax on the original manufacturers to produce new products,or subsidize the remanufacturers. Therefore, based on the carbon tax levied by the government on the unit new product produced by the original manufacturer, the game model between the original manufacturer and the remanufacturer under the three remanufacturing modes is constructed to study the impact of the government carbon tax policy on the three remanufacturing modes.Firstly, based on the government’s carbon tax policy, this study constructs three Remanufacturing Decision Models and obtains the optimal solutions under the three remanufacturing modes;Secondly, the optimal solution of each remanufacturing mode is analyzed to obtain the impact of carbon tax policy on the demand, retail price, sales profit and environment of new products and remanufactured products under each remanufacturing mode; Finally, numerical analysis is used to verify the impact of unit product carbon tax and consumers’ preference for recycled products on the price, demand, and to compare and analyze the impact of government carbon tax policy on the three remanufacturing modes. The results show that:(1)when the government imposes a carbon tax on the original product manufacturers, the price of new products and reprocesses will increase. When the cost of carbon tax is high, adopting remanufacturing outsourcing can minimize the price of unit reprocesses; When the cost of carbon tax is low, adopting independent remanufacturing can make the selling price of unit remanufactured products the lowest;(2)When the recovery rate of waste products is high, levying carbon tax on original product manufacturers will reduce the demand for new products and increase the demand for reprocessed products;(3)When consumers’ preference for remanufacturing exceeds a certain threshold, remanufacturing outsourcing can optimize the benefits of original product manufacturers and remanufacturing manufacturers at the same time;(4)The government can reduce the environmental impact by charging carbon tax to the original product manufacturers, but the degree of reduction is related to the environmental impact ratio of new products and reprocessed products. This study can supplement and expand the research on the choice of remanufacturing mode under the government’s carbon tax policy, and make up for the shortcomings of previous research. At the same time, the research results can also provide decision-making basis for the government to formulate carbon emission reduction policies and enterprises how to remanufacture. |
