Product Design Research And Practice Based On The Characteristics Of White Portland Cement Materials

As a kind of high plasticity material,cement plays an important role in production design.In this paper,the author sorted out the development and utilization of the material——white silicate cement in present,and studied the characteristics and processing technology of it.The author tries to exploring the ratio and scale,to find out a way of rapid solidification and reasonable hardness.In order to makes it more suitable for mass production.Meanwhile,based on the design test of white silicate cement and the general design view of materials,the author carries out design practice according to the technological requirements and material characteristics to try to explore the new possibility in color,texture and demoulding mode.To improve the design quality of cement products and explore the aesthetic significance behind cement.
