| Recently, model of the tea processing is transformed from traditional handmade structure to modern structure, which has the standardize, large-scale and automatic feature. However, tea industry in China is variety-species, multi-crafts and changing-demands, which raises the problem that production line quick construction can’t be adapted to the needs of development. Currently, ways of configuration and adjustment for tea production line are mainly handled manually, which are based on various requirements of craft, product capability and factory constrains. This traditional operation procedure consumes large amounts of repetitive labor costs. Thus, methods of tea production line quick construction are proposed in aspects of intelligent selection, layout, assemble and assessment. Furthermore, an on-line interactive platform is built to achieve the above functions.Contents of each chapter are listed as follows:In chapter1, difficulties of tea processing production line are proposed. By analyzing the domestic and international research, the importance of this subject has been shown. In order to improve the readability, key directions of research are listed.In chapter2, facing processes of various tea species and product capacity requirements, key nodes of process are extracted for feature module of tea production line to be built. Furthermore, combined algorithm is proposed for equipment trains quickly configuration of equipment trains in a single tea production line.In chapter3, research in tea production line construction goes into a deeper level--hardware components of the controlling system. Driven by data of underlying control components in tradeoff of quantity and budget, intuitive estimation of I/O controlling-ports and costs for each module are presented.In chapter4, with the data of equipment trains being given, methods of tea production line intelligent layout are developed. Meanwhile, based on the parameterization for optimization goal, the best layout result in2D format can be selected out.In chapter5, to simulate true environment in3D format, methods of position-independent modeling, direction encoding, and position encoding are researched. Furthermore, with constrains of associated-relationship among machines, the whole tea production line can be transformed from2D to3D format.In chapter6, an interactive platform is developed to achieve the tea production line intelligent construction destination. This platform is running with the logic proposed in former chapters, and has well performance in actual conditions. Application results show that the system has user-friendly and operate-easily qualities, which greatly improve the efficiency of the design for tea production line. |
