Inorganic nano material which is different from the macro particles orcharacteristics of the materials is the one of the important research object in materialsscience and physics science. When the size of the macro objects is segmented tonanoparticles, its physical properties and chemical characteristic properties aresignificantly different from the big size solid material.When the inorganicnano material as the dispersed phase is applied in polymer,it is not only tougheningthe material, but also lower the cost and improve the plastic industry value.Theinorganic nano filler can increase the surface activity of filler, promote the fillerapplied in the high performance technology, inorganic nano filler has a widelyapplication and development prospect.At the same time, inorganic nano filler isapplied widely in masterbatches production and has important value in the industry.Reports in the literature, the nano CaCO3and nano BaSO4partly replace pigment areused in masterbatches through proper mixture preparation process, then themasterbatches are applied to the products, the results show that the colourperformance of the products not only is reduced, instead of having been increased, sothe inorganic nano particles can replace part of pigment,and the inorganicnano particles can bring in more active point for systemas,when it is as an assistant inmasterbatch matrix,which can improve the pigments dispersing equality inmasterbatch,meanwhile, the inorganic nano particles can still make the flowperformance of the whole systemremains essentially unchanged in the process ofprocessing.This article has developed new inorganic nano fillers used in the preparation ofthe masterbatches which based on the previous research. This article used theattapulgite clay, the wollastonite and the montmorillonite to replace the pigmentrespectively by the different proportion to prepare polyolefin(LDPE) colormasterbatch through the method of dry mixing.And added the color masterbatch to products,then used the flat vulcanization apparatus to prepare the swatch andmembrane which can be measured by the measure instrument of color to study thecolor performance of the color masterbatch.And use the optical microscope to observethe disperse of the membrane, used the melt flow indexer to measure the melt indexof the color masterbatches to analyze processing liquidity, finally the heat resistingtemperature was measured.The experimental results show that,attapulgite clay, the wollastonite,montmorillonite can partly replace the pigment to prepare the color masterbatches,andthe color performance of the final productsnot not only was lower, instead it wasincreased, so added the three kinds of inorganic nano fillers to the pigment can makeall the performance no decreased, and can reduce the dosage of the pigmenteffectly,so it reduced the production cost of the color masterbatch effectly.The best alternative ratio of the three kinds of inorganic nano fillers partlyreplacing the pigment was15%,15%and10%respectively,when the replacment ratiowas the alternative ratio,the colour performance,the processing liquidity and theprocess performance of the color masterbatch remained unchanged.The three kinds of inorganic nano fillers were belong to inorganic rigid particles.they have unique microstructure, so the inorganic nano fillers in the whole systemcan grind and block pigment to stop reuniting of the pigment to effectively improvethe dispersion of the system. So the three kinds of inorganic nano fillers added in thepigment, although quality score of the pigment in the system reduced, but thedispersion raised, so the effective concentrations of the pigment in the system did notreduce, thus made the color performance of the color masterbatch had not beenaffected.Attapulgite clay partly replaced the pigment in the best alternative ratio, the colordifference relative to the system of unreplacement was only0.28, and heattemperature increased13@; Wollastonite partly replaced the pigment in the bestalternative ratio, the color difference relative to the system of unreplacement was1.07,but the heat temperature increased23@; Montmorillonite partly replaced thepigment in the best alternative ratio, the color difference relative to the system ofunreplacement was only0.34, the heat temperature increased8@.
