| In recent years,as people to the safety in production values are increasing,the cultivation of safety consciousness,safety supervision and administration of the implementation of the production process,ensure stable production safety situation has become the necessary way of enterprise long-term development.The high risk of the petrochemical industry makes the safety production of the enterprise mentioned a very important position.The key to achieving essential security is people.The safety culture of an enterprise is the premise and guarantee of its safe production,is the common safety values that every employee of an enterprise consciously abides by.So it is particularly important to analyze and evaluate the construction level of safety culture of petrochemical enterprises and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for their further development.Under the precondition of fully considering the characteristics of petrochemical industry,Using the SMART analysis principle to quantify the safety culture indicators of Daqing Oilfield Chemical Refco Group Ltd,establish a safety culture evaluation index system.This system includes 3 primary indicators and 9 secondary indicators such as safety image culture,the weight of the index is confirmed by AHP.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to build a model suitable for safety culture evaluation,by issuing questionnaires and so on,summing up the construction of fuzzy matrix.Evaluate and analyze the safety culture status of Daqing Oilfield Chemical Refco Group Ltd,analyze the status quo of safety culture construction in Daqing Oilfield Chemical Refco Group Ltd.Based on the advanced experience,some Suggestions are put forward for the safety culture evaluation of this enterprise and related petrochemical enterprises.Hope that this article mentioned on,in order to better improve the Daqing Oilfield Chemical Refco Group Ltd.,can be also used as a reference for the safety culture evaluation of related petrochemical enterprises. |
