Research On Assessment Parameters Of Safety Culture For Chemical Corporation

The assessment factors of safety culture for Chemical corporation have been comprehensive researched by the model of fuzzy evaluation and the analytic hierarchy process. The technical method on the selection of the assessment factors of safety culture, the resolution of safety culture parameters and the confirmation of weight of safety culture parameters, has been obtained. The results are shown that the across-the-aboard assessment parameters system of safe culture can be consisted of 30 safety assessment parameters which include 6 aspects (safety substance culture, safety conduct culture, safety system culture, safety conception culture, the persistence of safety culture of the system, the openness safety culture of the system). According to the existing standard, criterion and the checkable data, analysis and weight confirming of each parameter have been done by using analytic hierarchy process. The designed model is used in Chongqing ZG Chemical Industry, Chongqing DX Coking and Chemical Plant, Chongqing SL Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant. The grades of safe culture of these three chemistry plants are gained. The ways and the methods which improve the grade of safety culture of these there chemistry enterprise are pointed out.
