| With China's urbanization process accelerating,people's demand for gas station is raised,all kinds of oil companies increase investment to the gas station project,and more and more gas stations were put into operation.The development of the gas station project has brought huge profits to investors,but also masked the risks.Many risks may manifest themselves after the end of the project cycle and the delivery of operations,but their risks often exist in the project development phase.Therefore,it is of great importance to pay attention to and study the risk management in the construction project development stage to reduce the risk of the whole project construction and its delivery and operation.Taking DH gas station construction project as the object,this paper studies the risk management of its development stage according to the risk management process of identification,evaluation and response.Firstly,the background,purpose and significance of the research are expounded,and the relevant research status at home and abroad is summarized.On this basis,the research content,ideas and methods of this paper are clarified.Secondly,related concepts and relevant theories are summarized to provide theoretical basis for subsequent studies.Third,by using Delphi method to identify risk factors,determine the risk of the project development phase factors include: market research,site selection,risk project,land acquisition risk,on the basis of risk evaluation index system is constructed;Fourthly,the fuzzy matter-element method is used to build the risk assessment model,and the risk assessment is carried out in the development stage of the project to determine the risk level.Finally,according to the result of risk assessment,countermeasures and risk prevention measures are proposed for market survey risk,site selection risk and land acquisition risk factors.The research results of this paper can provide a reference for the risk management of similar projects in the development stage. |
