| This paper is devoted to the research of network simulation training system.The pre job training of the cryogenic equipment operator in the natural gas branch company is optimized,It is helpful for the operator to grasp the process flow of the production equipment and accumulate the experience of production operation.It also plays an important role in the stable operation of the device.The system has the advantages of making up the teaching means and the experimental conditions,It can play an important role in the cultivation of high skilled and compound talents.Firstly,this paper describes the process flow of the cryogenic equipment,and provides the theoretical basis for the simulation training system.Secondly,the dynamic mathematical model of the main equipment,such as flash tank,separator,heat exchanger,pump and compressor,etc.,and the dynamic mathematical model of each part are put forward.The simulation of the operation process and the accident process is realized by the simulation technology,and the test and evaluation system is established based on the technical training and skill assessment. |
