Hydrogen sulfide is a typical odor gas,which affects the normal operation of the petrochemical industry and has a strong harmful effect on the human body and the ecological environment.The removal or suppression of hydrogen sulfide in crude oil is an important subject in the field of crude oil pipeline transmission.On the other hand,the leakage of crude oil caused by human and natural causes not only brings direct economic losses,but also brings environmental pollution and other incalculable indirect losses.Therefore,an easy-to-operate and efficient crude oil remover was developed for the hydrogen sulfide removal technology in sour crude oil.Then,the method of rapid solidification at room temperature or low temperature for pipeline transportation of crude oil and designing plugging technology for crude oil in pipeline transportation was studied in this paper.A method for the determination of hydrogen sulfide in crude oil,the potentiometric titration method,was established for the removal of hydrogen sulfide from sulfur-containing crude oil on the East Yellow Line,in this paper.Then,a single variable method was used to study the desulfurization efficiency of a single metal ion desulfurization system and a metal ion compounded desulfurization system based on the metal ions dissolved in organic solvents.An organic amine-type iron-based desulfurizer was prepared to investigate the influencing factors of desulfurizer removal efficiency.The stability of the composite desulfurization agent was improved by using green nitrohumuvate liquefaction containing active thiol as a modifying component,and the factors of the H2S removal efficiency and desulfurization mechanism of the composite desulfurization solution was investigated by potentiometric titration and UV fluorescence desulfurization analysis methods.The research and analysis show that:Fe3+in inorganic metal ions has strong H2S fast capture capability,which maked desulfurizer rapidly absorb hydrogen sulfide and convert it into sulfide in a short time;Organic amines,in a certain extent,play a role in adjusting the viscosity of desulfurizers and increasing the sulfur capacity of desulfurizers,which can effectively absorb hydrogen sulfide in crude oil.The adsorption function of organogermanium reactive functional groups on H2S prevents the reversible release of H2S self-products from the long storage time of pipeline crude oil,which improves the desulfurization quality and desulfurizer stability.The experimental results show that:the composite crude oil desulfurizer was prepared in a certain proportion of malysite,organic amines and solvent,when nitrohumic acid product of 6.50wt%after liquefied by ethylene glycol as the organic desulfurization component.The desulfurization efficiency was 86.44%when the addition amount of the desulfurizing agent was 0.20wt%,and the desulfurization agent had better stability.The sulfur-containing crude oil from the Dong-Huang Line was used as the experimental raw material in order to solve the problem of rapid solidification of crude oil for pipeline transportation.The orthogonal test method was used to examine the influence factors of the curing performance of the phenolic resin,urea-formaldehyde resin and composite resin material respectively.The curing mechanism of the composite resin was studied by infrared characterization and mechanical properties.The interface properties were improved by using Hydroxymethyl monomers and epoxy resin,which was the modifier of the composite resin material.The research and analysis can be concluded that when 20.00wt%of sulfuric acid solution was used as the curing agent,phenolic and urea-formaldehyde resins exhibit rapid curing,poor compressive strength,and poor toughness.The ratio of composite resin in the curing system and the content of colloid and asphalt in the crude oil have a great influence on the curing properties of the material and the compatibility of the crude oil with the resin.Hydroxymethyl monomers and epoxy resin with smaller surface energy improved the compatibility of crude oil-resin and the interfacial properties of materials and metal pipe wall in a way.The experimental results show that:5.00wt%of Hydroxymethyl monomers was used as a modifier,and a composite resin with a certain proportion is used as cured materials,the sulfuric acid solution with a concentration of 20.00wt%and the amount of 25.00wt%as a curing agent to formulate the curing system for curing crude oil of 30.0wt%,the initial curing time of the material was 7min,the final curing time was 55min,The compressive strength was5.65 MPa,which basically meets the actual construction requirements.
