| With the introduction of more advanced pipeline inspection technology in Liaohe Oilfield in 2009,the premise of smooth pipeline inspection is to carry out multiple pigging operations to achieve the conditions of pipeline internal detection.At present,the monitoring of pigging operation still depends on formula calculation,field monitoring and other methods,and is also affected by the weather and the surrounding environment of buried pipelines.As a result,the monitoring technology in pigging process is not very accurate and lacks accurate and intelligent monitoring equipment.Through consulting and investigating and analyzing the types and adaptability of various pipeline pigging monitoring equipment at home and abroad,it is found that many monitoring equipment have limited applicability for the process monitoring of buried pipelines,and they are more suitable for monitoring the above ground pipelines entering and leaving the station,but not strong for the pigging process monitoring of buried pipelines along the way.This paper studies the hardware monitoring equipment and background statistical software of pigging process monitoring system.On the basis of investigation and analysis,the research idea is straightened out.Starting from the transmitter signal of pig operation process,the electromagnetic signal of transmitter is collected by field receiver,the signal characteristics are analyzed and the signal is extracted.A set of pigging signal monitoring equipment is designed and developed,which is suitable for buried pipeline and has the function of data remote transmission.It has the characteristics of low power consumption,low power consumption and low power consumption.Under the premise of reliability and stability,circuit design is carried out to improve the accuracy,stability and reliability of the whole equipment.In the background statistical software,the corresponding software programming is carried out in the upper computer and the lower computer respectively,so that the signals collected by the hardware monitoring equipment can be transmitted to the background software smoothly.In the process of pigging,the launching time of pig and the passing time of each tracking point are collected.The accuracy and reliability of the system software are improved by analyzing and adjusting the program through the field test.It is applied in the actual pigging operation of the pipeline,and the effect is good.It can accurately realize the actual monitoring of the whole process of the pig in the pipeline.The pipeline pigging process monitoring system can realize real-time and accurate control of the pigging position during the pipeline pigging process.Through field application,the accuracy is more than 98%,which effectively realizes the accurate identification and data transmission of pig through signal.reduce the labor cost input of each daily pigging operation,be unaffected by weather factors,greatly save the cost of each pigging operation,and provide effective guarantee for the safe operation of the pigging work of oil pipeline. |
