Oil and gas separation is the basic condition for oil and gas gathering,and if the mixture is not effectively separated from the oil well before the oil and gas gathering,it will have serious adverse effects on the quality of the gathering and transportation.Therefore,efficient and safe oil and gas separation equipment should be adopted to separate the produced oil and gas effectively,so that the level of crude oil storage and pipeline collection and transportation will be improved.The gas-liquid two-phase separator is one of the most important equipment in the oil field ground engineering.It is usually the first equipment to deal with the well fluid on the oil production platform.It is the key to the economic and stable exploitation of the oil and gas.Improving the separation efficiency of gas-liquid separator is always the focus of research,and its internal components have great influence on the separation efficiency.According to the specific requirements,a set of integrated gas and liquid separation device for sled assembly is designed,and the combination device for separation and heating buffer is a combination of gas gathering and liquid heating,separation and buffering,and the function of the separation buffer tank and the external furnace is also prepared.It is a new type of "three in one" assembly.Compared with the conventional separation,buffer and free water removal of the "three in one" combination device,the removal function of free water is reduced and the heating function is increased,so it is better than the conventional "three in one" degassing effect.The integrated gas liquid separation device for sled assembly is a horizontal equipment,which has the function of separating,heating and buffering the oil production.The combined device is mainly composed of oil and gas separation area,heating area and recovery buffer zone.The separation of the heating section for removal of produced liquid contained in the gas,and the degassing of produced liquid is heated to the preset temperature.After being processed by the device,the oil can be directly used for external transportation or dehydration.The heating furnace adopts full automatic burner,which improves the heating efficiency.The geometric model of a sled integrated gas liquid separation device is set up.The fluid simulation is used to simulate and optimize the fluid simulation model by the fluid simulation software Fluent.The main research contents of the simulation are three kinds of entrance components,the upper hole box type entrance component,the lower hole box type entrance component and the baffle type entrance component.The flow field of the separator is composed of two kinds of rectifier components,that is,the combination of field type plate rectifier and cylindrical rectifier component.In view of the site requirements of the integrated gas liquid separation device for sled assembly,the design scheme of control system based on PLC is proposed.The principle of the control system,the terminal actuating component and the software process are determined.A set of high automation is designed to realize the real-time,accurate distance and the distance of the integrated gas liquid separation device of the sled assembly.The local control system enables the gas-liquid separation system to maintain a good steady state in real time,so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction in the oilfield.
