| The rocket sled working conditions are very bad because its devices born a lot of force in high-speed and large overload running on rail. In the test, it can cause huge losses once the dangerous, then lead to orbital fracture, skid deformation, the test products damage or explosion, causing the test failure. In the rocket sled test, the missions have the diversified characteristics, so it needs to consider the adaptability of the system on different products, and some parts may need to re-design and layout. In addition, we must consider the influence of the overall effect and safety caused by the reliability of the integral system, part failure or damage in the testing. Therefore, in the design, we should do the mechanical analysis for the critical parts. Furthermore, the safety design of initiating explosive devices and water brake should be analyzed and calculated item by item.This paper uses the finite element method to analysis eccentric thrust rope to intercept, the track deformation, changes in assembly methods and other aspects of security of rocket engine, sled, water brake under normal conditions and extreme conditions. The safe operation conditions of the rocket sled are obtained by analyses based on the measured product safety and the system safety under the conditions suffered in the sled running load. |
